街区的打造能让更多人了解夏衍，体验、学习和传承影视文化，弘扬夏衍先生的革命与创作精神，加强文化认同感。

The building of the block will enable more people to understand, experience, learn and inherit the film and television culture, carry forward Mr. Xiayan's revolutionary and creative spirit, and strengthen cultural identity.

为此，街区设计中置入夏衍影视场景和现代生活场景，拼贴出融合了新旧文化体验的生活画卷。

To this end, xia Yan film and television scenes and modern life scenes are put into the block design, and a collage of life picture that integrates new and old cultural experiences is made.

该项目地处杭州市江干区，西邻夏衍故居，位于景昙路以东、保利中央公馆以南、新塘路以西、严家弄路以北、距地铁4号线新塘路站300米。

Location: The project is located in Jianggan District, Hangzhou, adjacent to xiayan's former residence in the west, east of Jingtan Road, south of Poly Central Mansion, west of Xintang Road and north of Yanjialong Road. It is 300 meters away from Xintang Road Station of Metro Line 4.

项目以夏衍文化为基调，挖掘夏衍故居及所在区域的历史文化底蕴。以夏衍剧院、剧本孵化中心、沉浸式戏剧、体验街区为核心业态 ，集剧本创作、影视培训、戏剧表演、休闲旅游、休闲商业为一体的特色文化产业地标。

Characteristics of the project: Based on xiayan culture, the project explores the historical and cultural heritage of xiayan's former residence and the region where it is located, with Xiayan theater, drama incubation center and immersive drama. Experience block is the core business type, and it is a characteristic cultural industry landmark integrating script creation, film and television training, drama performance, leisure tourism and leisure business.

洽谈区复古民国风铺就整体氛围，设计融入影视剧文化的语境，老式放映机、怀旧支架相机、复古照相机，更是一种复古怀旧情怀，赋予其不可复制的历史文化底蕴。

The retro and Republican style of the negotiation area creates the overall atmosphere, and the design integrates the cultural context of the film and television drama. The vintage projector, the nostalgic bracket camera and the retro camera are more of a retro and nostalgic feeling, giving them the cultural heritage that cannot be copied.

在满眼人间那烟火的现代都市里，夏衍影视文化特色街区招商中心以民国风的元素结合现代设计风格，体现了新与旧的融合，与夏衍旧居遥相呼应。
